Bro. Tommy Hall was born on June 7, in Greenville Texas to Dr. and Mrs.W.F. Hall. He was reared in Idabel, Ok. In 1953, he surrendered to the  ministry in Commerce, Texas. He attended Jacksonville College in 1953-55 and was ordained to the Gospel Ministry in 1954. He accepted his first church, Vanetia Baptist Church in Marquez, Texas in 1954. In 1957, he accepted the  Pastorate of  Fair Park Baptist Church in Tyler, Texas, which was his  first full time  church. Other pastorates include Parker Street Baptist Church in Mineral Well, Texas, Central Baptist Church in Ashdown, Ark., Calvary Baptist Church in Fairfield, Texas. He is in his twelveth year as  pastor of Davis Street Baptist Church.  He also attended the  BMA Seminary in Jacksonville, Texas in 1959-60.

Bro. Hall is  married to Glenda Moss from Ashdown, Ark. They have one son, David of DeQueen, Ark., and three daughters, Jamie of  Kansas City, Kathy of Sulphur Springs, Texas, and Jodi of Leonard, Texas.  He and Mrs. Hall  have seven  grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
